Glamping pods with far reaching views over the Carmarthenshire countryside. Set in a paddock we have two luxury glamping pods. Each pod has a very large plot with wood fired hot tub, gas bbq, fire pit, tables and chairs. We are also dog friendly, with dog run, dog shower and a small woodland walk. The farm is in a very quiet area, enabling a relaxing, private and romantic get away. We are adult only. The pods are fully equipped inside with a bathroom, hairdryer, fridge, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, tv, games and guide books, internet, double bed, and sofa, electric heater. We also provide a welcome pack.
Carmarthen is only 6 miles away, with plenty of shopping, pubs, restaurants. 5 miles to the Gwilli Steam Railway, 7 miles to Brechfa with lovely walks and mountain biking routes. 30-45 minutes to the beaches of Llansteffan, Pembrey Park, Pendine, Many local castles to visit. 15 miles to the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
Stretching from the south coast just past Swansea up to the fringes of the Brecon Beacons, Carmarthenshire is packed with things to do on holiday. Pretty towns and villages, sandy beaches, ancient castles, wild spaces and vast open skies await.
The National Botanic Gardens is another splendid place to find inspiration from nature. Along with the amazing plants in the world’s biggest single-span glasshouse, you can examine pond life up close at the Aqualab, discover the healing properties of plants in the apothecary garden and learn about hawks, falcons and kites at the British Bird of Prey Centre.
At Aberglasney you can find out how the gardens of yesteryear looked in the Elizabethan Cloister Garden - the only surviving example in the UK. Or how about a little cultural stimulation?
