Less than two hours from London, The Red Cabin is found at Hexden Farm, a 100 acre sheep farm in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is also a Dark Skies area so stargazing is a must. In fact multiple super novae were discovered from an observatory next to the farm.
The nearby towns of Tenderden and Rye (right by the sea) offer an abundance of shops, cafes, amazing eateries and things to do. Bedgebury Pinetum, Bodiam Castle and Bewl Reservoir are also super close.
The cabin is off-grid, and almost 100% British made. It features pared back Scandi style interiors, with a wood burner for the cooler nights and infinite hygge. Outside, you’ll find sauna chairs ready to admire the views and an outdoor ‘horizon’ soaking tub for two. This can be used as a hot tub by a wood burning stove or as a cold plunge, perfect when paired with the cabin’s integrated sauna.
The Red Cabin is positioned in a seven-acre field on a sheep farm. The coast is an easy drive, you’re in the heart of the High Weald AONB, and an hour from the Kent Downs AONB.
